Holding a safe space to support you in your own journey, I'm just facilitating to help you realize your authentic self for your highest potential.
My work sits at the holistic intersection of nature therapy, expressive arts, and deep somatic healing. I've done the work for years over the past decade, and after having earned a life coach certification, Master's in Social Work, and now for two+ years as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), I'm here to help others to walk the talk, as I have, and still do.
I believe that when we gather in intentional community—whether through the quiet power of a meditation, the rhythmic movement of a grounding ritual, or the shared storytelling of a Sister’s Circle — we unlock a profound capacity for transformation.

A sacred May Day ritual of floral crowns, seed-paper goal setting, somatic maypole dance, and a restorative sound healing after a lite lunch.

Welcoming the Elements and The Sacred Crowning: Welcome to Cosmica with Elemental blessings and Weave a crown of fresh blooms, followed by a blessing by Reiki master to infuse your floral halo with healing energy and personal intention. -
11 - 11:30 AM
The Seed Ritual:Sample a rose water elixir to inspire you as you write your spring endeavors on plantable seed paper—a physical prayer to be tucked into the soil at home and nurture to life. -
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Somatic Maypole Dance: We move through a joyful, somatic dance of community, braiding ribbons and intentions together while connecting deeply to our bodies and the earth. -
12:30 - 1 PM
Light Spring Lunch: A seasonal, plant-forward lunch will be provided to nourish your body as we celebrate the bounty of the earth. -
1 - 2 PM
The Sound Bath:Following our meal, drift into a restorative sound healing session by leading Miami sound healer Nadine, and wandering Reiki a Reiki master letting the frequencies clear space and align your spirit for the season ahead.
